[A case of internal jugular vein thrombosis].

چکیده
An unusual case of internal jugular vein thrombosis is reported. A 73-year-old woman complained of swelling and pain in the left neck. Computed tomography with contrast enhancement and angiography demonstrated the characteristic features of the left internal jugular vein thrombosis. The patient's neck swelling subsided after antibiotic therapy. The literature of internal jugular vein thrombosis was reviewed.
